How to fill it in
- Before entry: date/time, pair, session, setup in plain words, entry, stop, target, position size, planned risk (% and R).
- News check: was a high-impact release due within 30 minutes? If yes, the correct entry was usually "skipped" — see the calendar guide.
- After exit: result in pips and in R, spread paid, and whether every risk rule was followed (Y/N — be honest).
- Review note: one sentence. What did the market do, what did you do, what will you repeat or avoid?

The standard: ninety days of completed journals like this one. Not ninety days of watching charts — ninety days of records. The journal is what turns screen time into education.
